18 Going on 80 from Back Pain

Hey, So I'm 19 years old and have been suffering from chronic back pain for about 3 to 5 years. At first I thought of it as nothing because i have had a few injuries, such as falling out of a tree and landing with a branch in the middle of my back,. then falling off of a swing while trying to do a back flip into a pile of leaves, meanwhile landing completely backwards with my face to the ground ( shocked i wasn't paralyzed). I also fell down an icy flight of stairs last year and landed on my neck. (yes i know accident prone!) all of these things have occurred within the last ten years and within the last year my back has been unbearable. I am to the point now where it is having an effect on my schooling and my dreams. I went to the chiropractor and message therapy. I have had multiple X-rays and back scans that reveal i have the highest amount of tension possible in my upper and lower back. I also have signs of degeneration in my lower back. All of this and only 19.

I am lost and i don't know what to do. i don't sleep at night, i cant even sit through a class without wanting to break down from the pain. I know stress is causing most of it but i don't know how to stop it. If anyone can please help me i will be forever grateful! Thanks for listening (reading) - Sarah
