3 Surgeries

I've had 3 back surgeries for the same disc. The last surgery failed and now the surgeon is saying that i suffer from failed back syndrome. I have to take pain pills 3 times a day and 9 muscle relaxers. I also have to take tramodol, lyrica and proxicam. I'd say try anything before surgery. I can no longer work. I cant even hold my 3 month old son. I'm 38 years old. I'm 6 foot and I was 180 pounds before the last surgery. I'm about 225 now. Try to avoid surgeries if you can. I had one nerve root block and it worked but the last four never... I'm now scheduled for an epidural steroid shot to break up scar tissue. This is not a fun experience. I'll answer any questions if I can.- Mike
