35 Years of Pain

I originally injured my back while lifting weights when I was 15. I fell back onto uneven objects (e.g. bricks and pipes) in the garage. I lived with that pain for years, and remained relatively active. Then at age 22 I dove off a cliff and hit the water wrongly. I hyper extended my back. I had pain there, but remained active until age 26. Then I hurt my knees and stopped running altogether. I used to run a few miles a day. Then in 1986, I was in severe pain and agony. This lasted for nearly 2 years, until I finally met up with Dr. Marsolais of University Hospitals of Cleveland Ohio. He put me on a Nautilus program, and my back got 85% better. I still feel very periodic pain. Dr. Marsolais attributed my pain to the diving accident at age 22. I still feel pain, and for over a week now, I have been in severe pain again--just like when I was 22. I need to find a cure for all my back pain. I walk a lot on my job. - Daniel
