Enough!

I had surgery (L5/S1) about 3 yrs ago for a protruding disc and sciatica. It was a last resort and it has failed. My lower back is worse than ever. I've tried everything except spinal decompression, which I am considering. I've had drugs, acupuncture, epidurals (one almost killed me when the needle burst my spinal sack)etc.etc.

I work as a police officer and wear a duty belt that probably weighs 20 Lbs or so and I'm in and out of my cruiser all day. I've taken to wearing a Velcro brace underneath and it helps a little, but not enough.

I would appreciate any advice. Does spinal decompression work?

Thanks for listening. Only those with back pain know back pain! Most people just hear complaining. Unless there's blood spurting from an artery, the pain is non-existent. The more you talk about it the more they tune you out.

Thanks, James.
