Low Back and Right Hip Pain

It has been more than a year that I started to have lower back pain. This has become more severe in the past 5 months and just recently expanded to affect right side of my hip. It is most painful when I get up in the morning. A mild dull pain exist all the time, but when I get up in the morning, sometimes the first step on the floor (right foot) causes a sharp pinched pain in my lower back and right hip. This doesn't happen always but worries me a lot.

I talked to my doctor few months ago, took X-rays, did multiple sessions of Physio, but they didn't help. Massage therapy helped for a little, but didn't solve the problem. I am concerned that I may have a more severe disease that has been missed.what can I do? - Babak
