cure back pain

Sacroiliac Treatment

Sacroiliac treatment options are mostly identical to conservative treatment of any lower back pain condition. The similarity of back pain symptoms is no coincidence and is one of the main contributors to the back pain epidemic growing year by year around the globe. SI joint pain treatments have become big business within the healthcare system.

Sacroiliac Treatment

Sacroiliac Treatment Options

There are several treatment methods used in a progressive cycle to achieve sacroiliac pain relief:

* Physical therapy is often the first prescription given to a patient. Exercises and stretches will be used to strengthen and tone the sacroiliac ligaments.

* Chiropractic is often part of a complementary back care treatment program.

* Massage Therapy is used to relax tense lower back muscles and ligaments.

* Pain management drugs are a common and dangerous sometimes treatment method. Drugs have known and unknown side effects and some expose the patient to the risk of addiction.

* Back Pain Injections are often given directly into the painful SI joint. These injections must be renewed regularly and often have a reduced effect with each successive round of treatment.

* Back Surgery is an option for advanced cases of SI joint pain.

Sacroiliac Treatment / Knowledge Therapy

True SI joint pain is rare. The majority of patients using knowledge therapy will recognize that their diagnosed SI pain is really due to some maladaptive psychological or emotion response. Psychological back pain is the most common form of chronic symptomatic concern and the least often diagnosed. THIS IS THE REASON why millions of patients are in ongoing treatment, but never find relief for their common back pain conditions.

Recommendation on Sacroiliac Treatment

SI joint pain is a great scapegoat for doctors to use when diagnosing a patient. It gives them an explanation for pain that does not correspond to any spinal abnormality, degenerative process or back injury. Best of all, it is almost impossible to disprove as the actual source of pain. The only true way to disprove this diagnosis is by studying the treatment statistics…

Millions are diagnosed and treated with traditional and alternative medical therapies. Very few ever recover. Most continue to search for that magic bullet, but only find disappointment after disappointment. Only a small percentage realize that the treatments are not wrong, but instead, the diagnosis is flawed. These are the few who find relief after coming to terms with the true psychological reasons for their pain. It is your choice. Live in pain with a physical reason on which to blame your symptoms OR give up the crutch, lose the pain and get on with your life. To me, the choice was crystal clear…
