Skin Spurs

My name is Kevin, since last year I've had some kind of skin spurs. Now dr's say they have no clue. This is the 2nd time in 7 months. It's come back 100 times worse. It starts out as dry skin and hot, bumps start to show. They slice through the skin and itch like crazy. I have a few of the spurs that came out. If they get to the top of the skin, they leave scabs. No one seems to know anything. I think I'm going crazy. One dr. thought it was pin or hook worm. I know its not. I know this is painful, bones, skin, muscle. These spurs are thin round thick in the middle. I was told they were some kind of body spurs. I don't think I can handle them again... if you can help in anyway. That would make my life better. From my elbow to my fingers, I have 28 sores, that I have to make sure they don't get infected... Kevin
